After-School Care

AFTER SCHOOL CARE

After School Care is available to families on a first-come/first-serve basis. The program provides care between the hours of 2:30 and 5:30 and is available to children ages 3-12 years. All children participating in the program need to be registered to attend.

Admission Requirements: Registration forms must be completed and returned to the school office with a non-refundable $35.00 per child fee before a child may attend Cataldo Care. The following forms are required:

     -  Payment Agreement

     -  Child Pick-Up Authorization Form

     -  Medical Treatment Form Immunization Form

Hours: After school hours are 2:30 – 5:30 p.m. We offer care every day that school is in session, including early release days.

Fees and Payments: Hourly payments for After School Care will be billed out at the end of each month. The fee is $3.75 per hour with a Late Pick-Up fee for children not picked up by 5:30 p.m. of $3.75 per minute for every minute thereafter.

Snacks: It is requested that parents send a healthy snack for their child. We do not provide snacks.

Lunch: Children who attend After School Care on early dismissal days are required to bring their own lunch. Milk may be purchased through the office.
